There is no upper age limit for candidates taking the CUET (UG) - 2022. Candidates who have passed or are scheduled to take the class 12th/equivalent examination in 2022, regardless of their age, are eligible to take the CUET (UG) - 2022 test. Candidates must, however, meet the age requirements (if any) of the university(ies) to which they wish to apply. The applicant must have completed Class xii or an equivalent qualification (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / IGCSE / IB) in any stream from a recognized board in India or overseas in order to be considered for admission.
In order to apply, candidates must provide a copy of their Class 10 and Class 11 marks statements from the academic year March-May 2022.

To register for the Central Universities Entrance Test, applicants must fill out the CUET Application Form 2022. (CUET). Fill up the CUET 2022 application form by following the instructions outlined below.
Step 1: Fill out the CUET online Application Form 2022 on the CUET website.
Step 2: Click on the "Apply Online" page to register for the program.
Step 3: After clicking, applicants will be presented with three options: UG, PG, and RP, which they may choose from. Click on the proper link to apply for a job.
Step 4: Complete the registration procedure by entering your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the verification code provided on the screen into the appropriate fields.
Step 5: The online application number and password are produced and delivered to the registered email address and cellphone number after all information has been submitted.
Step 6: Next, input your log-in information, including your name, email address, and any other relevant contact information, using the application number and password.
Step 7: A passport-sized picture and signature must be uploaded in the appropriate format and proportions.
Step 8: In order of preference, choose and enter the university entrance test centers that you like.

Each Central University must adhere to the Government of India's guidelines for admissions to UG courses since the Common University Entrance Test is an entrance test for UG programs at Central Universities, which were founded by an Act of Parliament. For Candidates claiming the GEN-EWS category:
Candidates claiming the GEN-EWS category must upload their GEN-EWS certificate (Annexure-IA) in the CUET (UG) - 2022 Online Application Form, which must have been granted on or after January 1, 2022 in accordance with the latest Government of India norms. For Candidates claiming to the OBC-NCL category:
In accordance with the latest rules of the Government of India, an OBC-NCL certificate (Annexure-IIA) must be uploaded in the Online Application Form of CUET (UG) - 2022, which must have been given on or after January 1, 2022. If an OBC-NCL candidate forgets to upload their OBC-NCL certificate (issued on or after January 1, 2022) during online registration, they must make a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate as per Annexure-IIB] to that effect. For Candidates claiming the SC or ST category:
According to the new recommendations of the Government of India, a caste (for SC) or tribal (for ST) certificate (Annexure-III) must be uploaded in the Online Application Form of CUET UG - 2022.
For Candidates claiming to the PwBD category:
Physical Disability Certificate (Unique Disability Identification (UDID) Certificate or Annexure-IV (Form-PwBD(II))/ Annexure-V (Form-PwBD(III))/ AnnexureVI (Form-PwBD(IV)) given by notified medical authority, whichever is relevant, must be uploaded in the CUET (UG) -2022 Online Application Form.
