Punjabi language, literature, and culture are three important components of this curriculum, and it is intended to instil and equip students with knowledge of these three components. All of these components are imbued with a sense of secular history. With them, a student not only develops into a responsible citizen, but he or she also becomes well-prepared to face the difficulties of globalisation. Additionally, there are units that provide instruction in functional language skills, as well as units that host spoken language symposiums and interpretation sessions, among other things.
