Psychology is a relatively new and vibrant subject of academic study and investigation, with a long history of innovation and progress. Meanwhile, the curriculum takes into account the rapidly changing nature of the subject area, while recognising and learning about past impacts. When it comes to psychology, the curriculum and pedagogy are responsive to the improvements in knowledge, application, and research opportunities in the field of psychology. Coursework in Psychology at the undergraduate level covers a wide range of topics in the field, including biopsychology and cognitive psychology; the history of psychology; research methods; social psychology; Industrial/Organizational psychology; counselling psychology; and health psychology, among others.

As part of the calculation of the total marks according to Program-Specific combinations of themes used to determine merit and grant admissions to undergraduate programmes in the future, the applicant's marks earned in CUET 2022 will be taken into account.
Only the 'combination of topics in which a candidate has appeared in CUET 2022', as specified in the relevant Program-Specific Eligibility, will be considered in determining a candidate's merit.
